Autel does not recognize AL3419 serial number

     I just purchased your AutolLink AL319 and am trying to register it on your web site. You are telling me it does not recognize the serial number 39K29V3099.  How do I move forwarded to update the software and firmware?

     Don't feel bad guys, have had my scan tool a few years now and tried to register the Serial# numerous times to no avail.
